EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

We are excited to introduce our Employee Referral Bonus Program, designed to reward you for helping us find great talent! Your referrals play a crucial role in bringing in skilled professionals who align with our company’s values and culture.

Current employees of Gaps and Bridges Inc. are eligible to make referrals through this program. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company. In case of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee.

How It Works:
  • Refer a qualified candidate for an open position.
  • If your referral is hired and completes 6 months with us, you receive a bonus of $1000 as a token of our appreciation!
  • The more successful referrals you make, the more you earn!
How to Participate:
  1. Check our current job openings [gapsandbridges.com/careers].
  2. Refer a candidate by submitting their details to hr@gapsandbridges.com
  3. If your referral is selected and successfully onboarded, you'll receive your bonus after 6 months of employment.
