About Playbox
Playbox is a mobile app designed for club-goers who want to explore nightlife in their city. The app allows users to check which clubs are playing their favorite genres of music, view real-time information about events, and seamlessly navigate to venues using integrated map services. Additionally, users can book an Uber ride directly from the app to make club hopping more convenient and hassle-free.
The goal was to create an engaging, user-centric experience that connects users with their ideal nightlife while providing easy-to-use features for real-time music discovery and navigation.
Problem Statement
Nightlife enthusiasts often face the challenge of finding clubs that match their music preferences, navigating between venues efficiently, and booking rides to avoid long waits for transportation. Currently, users rely on multiple apps or word-of-mouth to gather information, making it difficult to have a streamlined experience. Playbox aims to resolve this by:
